Lithora uses a tiered permission system to ensure security without friction.
Role Hierarchy
| Role | Scope | Capabilities |
|---|---|---|
| Team Admin | Team Level | Invite/remove members, manage team projects, view team analytics. |
| Member | Team Level | Create/Edit tasks, docs, and update statuses. |
| Viewer | Project Level | Read-only access. Cannot comment or edit. |
Assignment
Roles are assigned at the Team level. A user can be an Admin in "Engineering" but a Viewer in "Marketing".
