How data is structured in Lithora.

The Hierarchy

Lithora organizes your work in a strict hierarchy to keep things tidy:

1. Workspace

The highest level container. Usually your entire Company.

2. Team

A group of people (e.g., "Design Team"). Permissions are set here.

3. Project

A specific initiative (e.g., "Website Redesign"). Contains tasks and docs.

4. Task

Individual unit of work (e.g., "Design Home Mockup").

Key Definitions

  • Workspace: Strictly isolated. You cannot link tasks across workspaces.
  • Team: Determines who can see the data.
  • Project: Determines how you view the work (Kanban, List, Timeline).
  • View: A filtered perspective of a project (e.g., "My Tasks" or "Due this week").
