Whiteboard

Drawing Tools

The toolbar (bottom-center) provides:

  • Shapes: Rectangles, Circles, Diamonds (for flowcharts).
  • Connectors: Smart lines that snap to objects and reroute automatically.
  • Sticky Notes: Quick text capture.
  • Pen: Freehand drawing (pressure sensitive on tablets).

Multiplayer Collaboration

Whiteboards are real-time. You can see other users' cursors labeled with their names.

Changes are saved automatically every change. There is no manual "Save" button. Use Cmd+Z to undo.

Deep Integration: "Convert to Task"

The superpower of Lithora Whiteboards is turning a diagram into actionable work.

  1. Select any sticky note or shape.
  2. Right-click and choose "Convert to Task".
  3. Select the destination Project.
  4. The item on the board becomes a "Task Card". The text syncs bi-directionally.

Export Options

  • PNG/SVG: Best for high-res embedding in presentations.
  • Copy as Image: Cmd+Shift+C to paste directly into Slack/Docs.
