I can't see a project my teammate sent me.
You might not be a member of the Team that owns the project. Ask your Team Admin to invite you to the team via Team Settings > Members.
Why didn't my automation run?
Check the automation 'Run History'. Common reasons: The trigger condition wasn't met (e.g., Priority was P2, but rule required P1), or the user triggering the action didn't have permission to perform the automated task.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. If you use Google SSO, you must reset your password via Google, not Lithora.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Workspace Admins can request a full JSON export from Settings > Workspace > Export.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! Lithora is fully responsive in mobile browsers, and we have a native iOS app in TestFlight. Android is coming soon.
