Types of Reports
1. Workload Graph
We visualize how many tasks each team member has assigned. This helps Team Leads identify bottlenecks or overloaded individuals.
Red Zone = >5 active, high-priority tasks.
2. Project Health
A high-level view of all projects in the workspace.
- Velocity: How many tasks are completed per week.
- Cycle Time: Average time from "In Progress" to "Done".
- Staleness: Tasks that haven't been touched in > 7 days.
Burnout Detection (Beta)
Lithora AI analyzes work patterns (late night activity, excessive task switching) to proactively flag potential burnout risk to the user privately.
Privacy First
Burnout alerts are visible only to the user by default, not the manager, unless explicitly shared.
