Storage Types
Personal Storage
Your private space for drafts, personal files, and work-in-progress. Only you can access these files unless you explicitly share them.
Team Storage
Shared storage for your team. Files uploaded to projects or shared folders are accessible by team members based on their permissions.

Share Links
Create shareable links for files with flexible access controls:
Standard Links
Permanent share links that work until manually revoked.
Expiry Links
Time-limited links that automatically expire (1 hour to 30 days).
View-Once Links
Self-destructing links that expire after a single view.
Access Control
Permissions are inherited from the container:
- Task Attachments: Accessible to anyone who can view the task.
- Project Files: Follows project visibility (Public/Private).
- Personal Files: Private by default, shareable via links.
Infrastructure
All files are stored securely using:
- Amazon S3: Durable, encrypted storage with 99.999999999% durability.
- CloudFront CDN: Fast global delivery with signed URLs for security.
- Encryption: All files encrypted at rest and in transit.
